You can find out more about Cooper at his website and blog.
About
Cooper Dukes is a Georgetown University undergraduate with over four years of experience developing 21st century solutions for nonprofit organizations. He focuses on utilizing the social aspects of the Internet (open source software, social networking sites, crowd-sourcing, etc.) to find innovative ways of problem-solving issues for companies on a budget.

Entirely self-taught, he approaches problems with a fresh insight, unencumbered by dated viewpoints. He believes that fundamentally, "If it's part of the problem, then it's part of the solution," and this view guides him to develop organic solutions to company issues, taking into account current personnel, infrastructure, and knowledge.

Primary Roles
Cooper's primary roles include Workflow Solutions Development and Website Development. His goal is to help organizations work quicker, cheaper, and more efficiently by appropriately integrating Web 2.0 technology.

His latest project involved developing a non-profit organization's web presence to promote interest, "buzz", and involvement. WordPress was used to design a new website layout that was more conductive to making the desired first impression on visitors, and this website was then integrated into a variety of social networks and customer management systems, both to increase viewership and to make administration easier.

Cooper has also worked for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs as the Director of Operations, the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival & Philly Fringe, and the Alternative Pathway Program. A full resume is available upon request.
